"Pure Build" Servers...

No one is going to buy a server to let it run Sandbox without anything else on it, waste of money since you'll be having 0 players all the damn time.

I could setup one since I have a dedicated server doing pretty much nothing but I'm guessing you will be the only one playing on it (with some friends you take along with you).

Lol, the idea of Pure Build Servers are just to eliminate loading.  Everything else like addons and whatnot would be kept.

Actually it's up to the server owner, but that was just a little idea that hit me.

Yeah, I saw that server.

Not to be cruel, but just because the name says roleplay doesn't mean the server it's self will be RP right away.  Whenever I went in there it was just regular sandbox, and if I tried to get a true rp going it would be like.  Bleh, nobody listened and kept asking to be police or something.

Ando that actually doesn't sound bad, that actually might bring back what sandbox was suppose to be, building not loading something every 20 sec to just delete it and load something else. The only thing that would suck is if they wanted to build something big you know

And? We made big stuff in 0.3 and 0.4 all the damn time, we had no problem staying on the same map for 5 hours.

It's also what makes players better, building all the time instead of duplicating and loading makes you better.

Groups are cool and all but most players these days have absolutely no building skills imo.

i miss those days, people building ramps and forts together.. good times.. good times...
